    Hi Team,
    As you have most likely heard by now, Crispim BJJ has added a bunch of new classes including Muay Thai, Muay Thai Fitness, Kids Muay Thai, and No Gi. We will also have professional sparring for those who are training to fight on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please come check out the new classes and let us know what you think about the classes, schedule and instructors. Thanks and enjoy.
