The Iron Core Fitness program promotes fitness in a group environment with instructor and peer motivation. It emphasizes on functional training, training your body to do specific movements. The high energy and intensity of the class will ensure a great workout while having fun. The exercises differ from each meeting and will utilize a variety of equipment which includes: medicine balls, resistance bands, core balls, weights, and balance training equipment. This program is suited for beginners to advanced students.   Please call or fill out the Intro Lesson Request Form for a 30 minute Intro Class.
