
Alexander Crispim, of Crispim BJJ Barra Brothers in Pleasanton and of the UFC-Gym in Concord, hosted a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense Demonstration at the UFC-Gym. The basis of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that it provides a means for a smaller and weaker person to successfully defend him/herself against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. In the videos, you can see men, women and kids defending themselves through a variety of positions and techniques.
